When is the first harvest available?
We're 3–6 weeks from our first harvest. Join the waitlist above and we'll email you the moment greens are ready. Waitlist members get priority and a 10% discount on their first order.
How fresh are the greens?
We harvest to order, meaning your greens are alive when they leave the farm. Delivery happens the same day within Chicago. Expect crispness that lasts a week or more in your fridge.
What's the delivery area?
We deliver within Chicago city limits. Farm pickup is also available by appointment. For CSA subscriptions, we'll confirm your address is in range before your first delivery.
Can I pause or cancel my CSA subscription?
Yes. Pause for a week, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime — no fees, no commitment. Just let us know 48 hours before your next delivery.
Do you offer custom growing for restaurants?
Absolutely. If you need a specific variety, quantity, or harvest size, we can grow to your spec. Lead time depends on the crop — microgreens in 7–14 days, leafy greens in 3–5 weeks. Reach out via the wholesale inquiry form above.
